Elena Rembelina (Toumazi) grew up in Famagusta. After high school he studied experimental child psychology in Geneva. For short periods of time he worked on radio and television in Cyprus. In 1980 she attended a women’s writing seminar in Paris at the University of Vincennes. In her books she accompanies her poetry with drawings. Elena passed away on 9/25/2023.
